We endeavor to determine the appraisal problem and proceed with our research until we are satisfied that we have provided a conclusion which will either assist the entity who ordered the appraisal.   

To prepare such an analysis takes special skill and understanding about your market, the demand for religious properties and how your property fits in.  We start with the observation of the property (personally) to get the specific information, then we move on to understanding your marketplace and obtaining the zoning for the property.   After that we can begin our search for the appropriate data needed to analyze the real property and formulate value conclusions.
